Quite possibly the largest Target store in Adelaide (after the floorspace reduction in other stores), this Target feels spacious and well laid out, with a large variety of merchandise. Great deals and helpful staff added to the experience.

Really poor and slow customer service in the self-serve checkout area this afternoon (Thursday 11th January 2024). One staff member ignoring paying customers with checkout verification alarms in preference for having a social chitchat with a friend. The other (from front door) running around trying to cover with customers waiting everywhere. If you can’t provide service in the remaining self serve checkouts that weren’t showing error messages, perhaps old-fashioned checkouts with actual customer service and well trained staff is needed?! Shelves in multiple areas were bare. Couldn’t get most of what was on my shopping list - no stock. Pity to see what was a historically good store go downhill so fast.

No wonder I try to stay away from this place. Rudeness and general lack of service is appealing. Try to teach your staff that customers are the reason they have a job. And those appealing self serve outlets are the reason you lose customers

My experience at this Target was good. I had to do some returns from the online purchase which I made, and it only took around 5 minutes to get it sorted. Staff were very friendly.

We go here often. Helpful, kind, and professional staff. A nice small store. Which is great. Still has everything we want. Without walking around for ages. Especially when you're not up to doing much walking. Easy parking. Nice shops throughout the shopping centre it's located in.
